What we collect

When you contact us by phone, email or our enquiry form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, postcode and a description of your job.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange visits, provide quotations and carry out work you've asked for. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. Form submissions are passed to our form-delivery provider (Web3Forms), which emails them to us. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. We may share details with suppliers or partners only where needed to complete your job, and with you first.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Customer records and certificates are kept as long as required for legal, warranty and regulatory purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
